District Governor's Acceptance Speech

In The Beginning! Dear Lion Leaders, Lions & Leos of District 404A2,

Let me officially welcome you all to a new Lions Service Year.

One of the outstanding facts of every beginning is the vagueness it presents. But the greatest huddle still remains to start!

In keeping with our defined succession plan, today marks the beginning of the 2025-2026 Lions service year, a season brimming with hope, boundless potential, and great opportunities to create meaningful and lasting impact within the communities we serve.

It is with great joy and a deep sense of responsibility that I, as your District Governor, extend a hand of service, to welcome each and every one of you onboard this journey of Service with Passion.

As we embark on this service voyage, let us remember that we have been handed yet another opportunity to truly transform lives, foster growth, and build a stronger and more promising future for our district through teamwork and collaboration.

There will be challenges ahead, but with commitment, collaboration, courage, unity of purpose, and passion for service, we will rise to these challenges and turn our collective vision into lasting reality.

Let us therefore dare to dream bigger, stretch our individual and corporate capabilities, ensuring we build a district that thrives today and stands strong tomorrow.

I invite you to embrace this new service year with renewed enthusiasm, vigour, and excitement. It is in our hands to be the LIGHT.

Dear Lions, let us Arise and Serve with Passion!
